Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bres Unique Boutique. We aim to deliver our unique collections to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Handling Time 1-2 business days (Monday To Friday)
  • Transit Time 3-5 business days (Monday To Friday)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 6 Pm (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during festive sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use Royal Mail and DPD for our UK deliveries.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Within the UK: All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • International Orders: Bres Unique Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may take an additional 1-2 business days.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Bres Unique Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
