At Bres Unique Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions
- You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- I accept returns for defective and non-defective products
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all boutique tags still attached.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, jewelry, and undergarments unless they are faulty.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Return method : In store
- Restocking fee : 20 GBP
- Contact us at contact@bresuniqueboutique.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own Restocking Fee (20 GBP) for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged).
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at contact@bresuniqueboutique.com.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
